Receive your purchases in 10-15 working days after your order has been accepted.
PLEASE NOTE:- POST SHIPMENT, THE COURIER TAKES SOMEWHERE AROUND 3 TO 5 WORKING DAYS TO DELIVER THE ITEM.
SENREN is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as weather etc. SENREN does not take the responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event if return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse of any merchandise that does not meet above return/exchange requirements at SENREN's sole discretion.

Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes.
CAN I RETURN A GARMENT?
Our policy at SENREN does Not allow any returns both domestic and international. Each garment is specifically made to order and undergoes strict quality control checks.
WHAT MAKES MY ORDER ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE?
Your order is eligible for exchange if

If you have an incorrect product delivered to you i.e., the item delivered doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation

If you want the item in a different size, or
-
if the item that you’ve received has a quality/manufacturing defect.

Products cannot be exchanged or returned for reasons other than the above.

Products on sale are not eligible for exchange.

Item(s) which show signs of wear and/or being worn before will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. SENREN reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any returns or exchanges.
STEPS FOR EXCHANGE

Your exchange request should be sent by email to sales@senren.in within 48 hours of reception of the package.

The product should then be sent back to SENREN within 5-7 days of reception of the same. Your product must be in its original unused condition and should be sent back in the original packaging with the bills and tags intact.

Please note the shipping cost for sending back the product is to be borne by the customer.

The rectified product will be shipped by SENREN without any additional shipping charges.

If the product is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged for the second time.

WHAT CAN I BUY IN EXCHANGE FOR MY ORDER?

You can choose an alternate product of the same, lower or higher value in exchange.

In case the value of the alternate product is higher, you will have to pay the difference. If the value is lower, we will issue you a credit note for the balance value.

In case you are unable to find an alternate product immediately, we’ll send you a credit note for the value of the item(s) that you exchange. This credit note can be utilized against a future purchase later. This Credit Note will be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of issue.
CREDIT NOTE
A credit note issued against an exchanged item is valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
CUSTOM MADE ORDERS

All custom made orders are non-returnable.

Exchange is not possible on custom made orders. However, in case of need for an alteration, please email us at sales@senren.in within 2-4 days of time.
TRACK MY ORDER
Once the package is dispatched you’ll be notified via email with your tracking number.
CANCEL MY ORDER
If you wish to cancel your order, you need to inform us at sales@senren.in within 24 hours from the time of placement of the order. We shall provide you with a gift card of the same amount valid for 90days from the purchase order date.
